RailYard  Sale

Do you have train models, kits, parts, and supplies that you don’t need or want? Are you looking for something special, hard to find, or just a good old-fashioned bargain? The Station No.VI RailYard Sale is the place to bring those desires together! Just bring your items in with the RailYard Sale registration form and let us handle the sales. All sales made at the RailYard Sale will be paid by cash or check (with proper ID) and those funds (minus 10% deducted to support the convention) will be held for the seller until “settle-up” day. This is not an auction! Price on the item is what you pay, no negotiating.

Friday morning will be the settle-up time where the sellers will pick up their sales proceeds and any remaining items that did not sell. The Official RailYard Sale schedule is shown below.

Instructions for Sellers

  • Fill out the official registration form in advance and make a copy (see Registration form links below).
  • Official RailYard Sale identification and pricing labels will be provided at RailYard Sale check-in.

  • All items must be priced in $5.00 increments.
  • Hard and soft cover books are OK for sale, but no magazines are allowed.
  • At the convention hotel, bring your two (2) RailYard Sale registration forms and sales items to the RailYard Sale room (Mackinac) during a RailYard Sale check-in session.
